Natural/Innovative Rectal Therapies?

Has anyone tried and had success with any natural or innovative rectal therapies? For example, Vitamin E suppositories. I was also thinking of concocting a probiotic vsl3 enema and shooting it up the rectum. Thoughts? Ideas?
