I was diagnosed with mild/moderate Crohns about 7 years ago and had my gallbladder removed 2 yrs ago but recently started having extreme pain after eating. CT suggested an ulcer. My GI scheduled a colonoscopy since I haven't had one in a few years. Results of colonscopy were moderately severe Crohn's colitis found in sigmoid and rectosigmoid junction. Numerous mucosal ulcerations in distal ileum and a partial obstruction. Only meds Cimzia and Bentyl, pain meds prn. Yesterday she changed meds to Cimzia and Imuran. I have heard pretty bad side effects when combining the two. Anybody currently doing this and if so, what has been your experience?
