New to Remicade - awesome but side effects

Looking for some experience here. I've had my first 2 induction doses of Remicade. Life altering!!!! Less bleeding. No diarrhea. Able to go out and do life stuff. I am tired for about 2 days after. Here's my question- this time around day 5 I got bad vertigo. Wash day it improves and is almost gone now. Anyone have this?

I was on Remicade for like 8 years. I would be exhausted about an hour after the infusion (and they had to give mine over 4-5 hours due to reactions), but never had a problem like that.

While it worked, it was a miracle drug for me. My biggest problem was that my body had forgotten how to pass solids.
