Newly diagnosed.....finally!!!

After years of upper and lower right side abdominal pain and that certain kind of diarrhea that only IBD patients know :rof: I was finally diagnosed with Lymphocytic Colitis, thanks to a flexible sigmoidoscopy. I am looking for natural food or herb based treatments....basically anything non chemical. I am looking forward to "meeting" all of you
