• Welcome to Crohn's Forum, a support group for people with all forms of IBD. While this community is not a substitute for doctor's advice and we cannot treat or diagnose, we find being able to communicate with others who have IBD is invaluable as we navigate our struggles and celebrate our successes. We invite you to join us.

Next generation tnf therapies

It would be helpful to know just how much TNF is blocked. Is it helping with excess, or is it blocking it in full.
Yes and the other thing I was interested In was antibodies, they say it has far less side effects, but does it need combining.

Azathioprine and infliximab is the most effective treatment for crohn's, but it comes with the most side effects.

If the drug was highly effective very minimal side effects and antibodies were not formed, finally we would be getting somewhere.
