Nopal water- effective and possibly safe option for crohn's and colitis.

I felt more pain during the 2 weeks or so I took it so I stopped. I was drinking the juice and it seemed to aggravate my condition.

Day 7. Still doing good.
My poops are getting solid, I've been defecating far less then before, less abdominal pain, less blood, less urgency. I've gained 1 kg in 7 days.

I'm not talking about prickly pear juice. Nopal water is homemade and you only use the pads of the cactus; not the fruit or juice of the fruit.
