Hello there, welcome to the forum

I'm so sorry you are feeling so poorly :(.

From what you are describing you could have a narrowing in your intestine, which needs careful monitoring, if you can't hold anything down then you may need to head to the ER, especially if you can't hold liquids since you would be at serious risk of dehydration.

You've probably already tried this, but many people find that things like rice and plain potatoes are good options when they are struggling with food. I know they are not the most exciting foods but it is at least a change from salmon.

Make sure you let your dr know how much trouble you are having keeping food down and about the blood in your urine. It might be that you have a bladder/kidney infection, a kidney stone or possibly a fistula (a tunnel from the bowel to another organ or the skin).

Hi there and welcome to the community. I'm so sorry that you're having so much trouble :(

Based upon everything you've said, in my opinion, you should be in the emergency room for a thorough evaluation.

Please keep us updated as to how you're doing.
