Nuts!

I often read about how people with Crohn's have a hard time eating nuts, but I can't recall ever having an adverse effect from them. Is this one of those things like lactose, where some people are OK with it and others can't touch it?

Idk, what I do know is that I don't fully digest them, only partially. This happens to people who don't have crohn also. If you want to check if you digest them, eat a box of them and check your stool, high chance you didn't digest them all. Kind of interesting imo, since nuts are recommended as high calorie foods, but if you aren't fully digesting them that kind of loses it's merits.
