My son Jason is 12 and has had Orofacial graulomatosis since last August, we are still waiting Hospital tests for crohns elsewhere. No treatment has been offered yet. Diet isn't helping his lips very swollen, sore gums etc. Can anyone advise if they have received treatment for oral crohns please.
