Pain in lower left abdomen

I've been getting a bit of pain now and again on my left lower abdomen now for a few days, but usually I only get paid in the lower right. I've still been able to go to the toilet (although I did get quite a bit of pain in lower right yesterday when going sorry for tmi) Is it possible this could just be a build up of gas?

Not sure, maybe. I've gotten the same. The lower right is normally the Ileum (according to my DR). For me the lower left is slightly higher and maybe a touch towards center. I can't recall if it was accompanied by gas, but I know it followed with a loose bowl movement.

I may ask my DR to do a capsule study (I turned it down last time).
