I have seen this mentioned a couple of times on the Parent's forum, here is one thread...

...as I said in my response I came across it when looking into pancreatitis and Crohn's.
I also wonder if there others out there that have issues with something like this but it hasn't had a name put it. I say that because although I haven't seen extensive use of digestive enzymes on the forum there are certainly members here using them to help alleviate symptoms.
