Parianal Crohn's I thank?

I've never asked my dr were my Crohn's is located but I've always had a painful, swollen and fistula covered rectum for the last 13yrs!!! Would this suggest perinal Crohn's? And if so let me know ur guys weird pains with this when I'm having issues with fistulas and abscess my lower back hurts and groin area as well.

Perianal abscesses & fistulas are a direct form of active Crohn's disease, its just presenting itself in a different way. Message me if you like I know TOO much about the topic, & all those pains you feel, I understand.
