perineum hardness/pain with crohns?

I currently have anal fissures and a couple hemorrhoids but I just noticed that my perineum feels hard and kinda painful with possibly lumps? (Hard to tell). Has anyone experienced this before with crohns?
Literally all my symptoms are around the anus. No abdominal pain.

I did a few years ago. Dealt with the fissures for quite a while...Was super painful! Ended up having surgery which turned into another surgery after an abscess formed as well as fistulas. If you haven’t checked in with your GI, you may want to have it checked out.
