Prednisone tremors

Does anyone else get hand tremors from prednisone

yes I do, always worse when I taper as well

I did for a while, they went away after 2 or 3 weeks. Annoying as heck, but they did go away.

If you get more neurological symptoms, tell your doctor.

I would actually recommend that you tell your doctor even if you don't have more symptoms. I don't think hand tremors are a "normal" side effect of Prednisone. It's probably fine but I do think it is at least worth mentioning to your doctor.

Also welcome to the forum. Are you taking the Prednisone to treat IBD?

Ohh yeah, big time. My handwriting looked like a 4-year-old's for a little while there. But as Miss U said, they did go away after a few weeks.

YEESSS!! It makes my hands tremor and my voice shake! I always sound nervous while on Prednisone, for me though it did get a little better with time, once I started to get used to it I guess. GOOD LUCK!!
