I've been on prednisone for 3 weeks now, i have 3 more weeks on this dose and then 6 or so weeks coming off of it. I am hungry ALL the time! I don't want to put too much weight on so im wondering if anyone can suggest any snacks that are filling and not too bad for you?
Protein based things are good, chicken wraps, etc. Peanut butter is higher is calories but very filling. If you can tolerate soluble fiber that is also good (oatmeal) but be careful with that as do people have zero tolerance whereas other people are fine with fiber as long as its soluble. I also like cereal. Cheerios are pretty low cal and low fiber, also super easy to grab.
