If a Dr told a patient that their fistula surgery had healed but the patient told the Dr they had constipation with blood, how can the Dr say that the fistula has healed if the constipation could cause complications for fistula even if fully healed? Could the Dr be giving the wrong prognosis here? Can someone give me their opinion here please?
