Does anyone have home remedies for the searing pain in the gut that comes with MC? For instance, the cramping, hurts when you touch your lower ab, feeling of hot burning, etc. Like, do hot compresses help anyone, massage of the lower ab, any kind of pain meds (not NSAIDS), etc.? Some of this probably comes with trapped gas--any remedy for that? Thanks for your help.

I don't get trapped gas but the lower right abdominal pain I deal with is best remedied with self massage. I use a tennis ball on my lower back, my hip, and groin area and it helps a lot.
Thanks. Will try. Another question--Are you harvesting aloe vera from a plant and drinking it? Are you taking aloe vera at all? Since you are in south Florida, maybe you know how to grow it best.

I don't utilize aloe vera, no. I tried it and it did nothing for me except taste terrible.

Keep in mind that doesn't mean it won't work for you. However, I am admittedly biased towards aloe vera as I think there is a considerable amount of very underhanded marketing out there that is preying on the desperation of ill people. It may help some people, but that message has been tainted by all the BS.
