hi i was diagnosed with crohns last year my tummy seems really swollen and i have acid all the time is this normal i dont seem to pass much when i go to the toilet but i am passing small amounts

Are you on any meds at the moment for your Crohn's? Do you get any pain in your tum and does it feel hard at all? How often are you seeing your GI for check ups?
