Welllll, from a brief search on the net, it appears these 2 separate domain names are registered to the same person. And, it also appears they advertise on campuses too
only there the amounts they offer students is only $200, again only if you 'qualify'. It appears the company behind this is involved in the manufacture of clinical diagnostic equipment... This is not first hand knowledge, more like rumour on the 'net' street. It may be legit, it could be bogus.. I'm just not crazy about their methods on here. :- (

Yippie!

Sweet! Here I was sweating it that I had this awful genetic disease that isn't completely understood, makes me embarrassed sometimes and has caused my toilet paper bills to skyrocket and I didn't even know I could make some bank from it!

I mean if I do both these then thats $900.00 in the bank consistently. Easily doubled on the roulete table mind you, I have a system.

Anyone want to buy a used Kidney? Blood type is A something. Got a lung for sale too, non smoker even. Everything extra must go we are having a Crohn's sale! People there is a golden opportunity here for a solid pyramid scam.

J/K to the serious ones.

peace

Well, I thought about giving these guys a piece of my mind, but now I'm holding out for their best offer. After all, it's hardly been used, and considering the source, it's a rarity. OK, OK, who of you shouted out that it was an antiquity too? A cheap shot!!

This past weekend I had my first and only donation with SeraCare. I was very, very pleased with the collection center they sent me to, so I will not mention them in this comment. BUT I have some serious ETHICAL concerns with SeraCare and their "Donor Recruitment" person. Our conversations were via email, I got my travel info piecemeal, I was never told what center I was going to, I had to ask for her cell phone in there was a problem while I was traveling. BUT the worst was getting to the center, completing the first of two donations and finding out that they checks for my donation were not there!!!!! I was told via email that two $500 checks would be at the center waiting for me. The people who run the center were caught in the middle and were told that I was told the checks would be FedEx'ed to my home when I returned over the weekend.

SO, I would be very cautious with SeraCare if I were a patient considering them. I scoured this forum before going with them and found no reason not to. I even called their "Customer Service Manager" and she never apologized, she just said they changed their policy.

Patients who have chronic diseases sometimes have elaborate work arounds in order to function. We know where the bathrooms are, we know what our transit time is today, we know when we can eat and when we shouldn't risk it. I traveled from Michigan to Tennessee with the understanding (via email) from their "Donor Recruitment Specialist" that my compensation would be waiting and it wasn't. Further, I have yet to hear her voice, or to get an apology from SeraCare.
