Remicade - chest pain but EKG Fine

I have been having Remicade infusions for 2 years now. The last one was on Monday and I have felt awful ever since then. I was having chest pain and red face flushing so I went to urgent care. They did an EKG and some blood work and determined everything is fine. Except I am still uncomfortable and feel like taking a breath is effort. Anyone else have this type of issue. Did anyone ever determine what it might be or how long it lasts? This chest pressure is odd and making me a little crazy.
