Restarted Humira Wednesday

I just restarted Humira after being off for four or five weeks because of surgery. Has anyone else had similar circumstances and how long afterwards before it became effective?

Ds had to stay off due to mastoiditis
By time he restarted he needed steroids and humira
Humira took close to 6 weeks to get back to baseline
