Can someone please comment on or confirm the legality of the following product? It seems like this Kefir, being Lactose free, would be appropriate for consumption on the diet.

They do, on their website, list that the milk contains sugars (i.e. "naturally occuring milk sugars"), however, I am curious if the broken down version of Lactose is considered to be a sugar as well (galactose.) If so, I would deem this product ok for the SCD diet (which would be huge, because constantly making my own yogurt is no fun.
