Severe leg pains

Hi 26 Y M here,I diagnosed with crohns from august 2013,presently with Pentasa 2g daily.But i have severe leg pains in some days of every week.Previously i am on pentasa 3g and Budesonide 3 mg for 2 months of initial diagnosis but i didn't have leg pains at that time.Also, Vitamin D daily Intake-1500 IU.What may be reasons for leg joint pains ?

It could all be tied to the crohns. The inflammation can occure in more than your gut. Talk to your doctor. Hope you feel better soon.
