Should I go to the doctor?

Hey guys so through a separate doctor I've been working with to figure out why I have fatigue most days, we basically tested every auto immune and vitamin/nutrient in my body.

the only things that were off

SHGB 52 H(10-50)
DHEA-S 259(85-690)[supplementing 50mg dhea daily, still on the low end]
S Cerevisiae (IGG) 32.4H <20 negative
20-29 equivocal
>30 positive

He didn't seem to concerned with this result,and I generally don't seem to have diarrhea or stomach issues. I'm wondering if I should to my primary and get a scan of my insides.... Although lately since getting the results I've been paying attention and I guess I do have some stomach irritation, burps, and such but never pain

You might need either iron or b12 or both to help with being tired. Have you been to a GI?

I have low iron back in january but have got it back into normal range with good diet and supplements. Never seen a GI...

You might want to see a gi and tell them about the stomach irritation, burps and the pain. Keep us updated.

Iron 75 (50-195) up from 20 in january
and I've been on thyroid meds for about a year now to help out...
TSH 1.8 (.4-4.5)
T 4 Total 6.7 (4.5-12)
T3 free 3.7(2.3-4.2)
T3 Total 103 (76-181)
