I think I have a sinus infection. Been feeling congested, and lots of post nasal drip. Anyone have a sinus infection while on Stelara? If so, what should I be worried about?

I had a beauty of a sinus infection after my Remicade infusion in early July..... just went to doc and got antibiotics which cleared it up. I told the infusion clinic at my next infusion, they were not overly concerned as it had cleared up.
