I've been dealing with a fungal infection behind the flange for 6 months now, tried all powders, creams available. Have had two runs of xxx and countless days of taking off the bag for air help. I'm at my wits end, nothing works, I've switched from coloplast to hollister and still no relief. My photos are graphic. I know I can't be the only one so all suggestions welcome to help us all.

These fungal infections are nasty and hard to control. I was prescribed Lamisil terbinafine hydrochloride topical 1% cream and it did the trick to bring it under control. Using it under the glue doesn't work well, but applying the cream 3 or 4 times a day around the outside edge of the flange got things under control.
