Skyrizi

I have been on Skyrizi every 8 weeks since December 2022. Also taking Azathiaprine 200mg for years. Just received a message about stopping the Azathiaprine from my PA. She says that there is no indication for dual therapy with the Skyrizi. Has anyone heard this and are only on the Skyrizi?

I started Skyrizi in May and will have my first injection training on August 8th. I'd been on Sulfasalazine for years and stopped it with my first infusion. Needless to say, the only medication I've been on is Skyrizi since May and have done just fine with it!!! In fact, I'm actually doing better with just this one medication than I ever did with the other!!!

It is a bit scary at first leaving something that you're used to. But for me, it's wonderful just taking vitamins two times a day rather than three times a day as it was previously! Good luck and hope it works for you too!!! Lots of hugs.

Yeah, it's still a bit strange sometimes only taking vitamins. I could probably take them in all at one time. However, it's a bit easier on my stomach taking them in two different doses. Please keep us updated on how you're doing!
