So many problems I don't know what to do

Ever since my diagnosis in December I have been sick pretty much every day! And I'm getting other problems and diagnosis. A few weeks ago I was diagnosed with diabetes, and for the past few weeks I've been having high blood pressure problems. I was in the hospital again yesterday (observation) getting fluids, steriods and pain meds. I think that I might have an ileus again. The pain is still horrible today. I got diagnosised with Bronchitis Monday and have been on antibiotics, which my cough and breathing are better but I can't get rid of my fever. This morning my blood pressure was 156/101 so I saw a doctor. He doesn't want to give me anything for it because he says its just high from my pain and fever (it was 153/111 yesterday). I tried to call my specialist's office yesterday after I got out of the hospital to let him know what's been going on and still have no gotten a phone call back. I am so upset right now. I hurt so bad and I'm tired of getting the run around about everything and not getting called back. I don't know what to do anymore. I just feel like giving up. Does anyone have any suggestions of what I can do next? I'm at the end of my rope!

Hello Jen sorry you are having so much pain sending:ghug:your way. Has your GI put you on any maintenance medicine for your Crohns? Are you able to see your PCP about the pain? Definitely go to the ER if you continue to hurt.

I can only really comment on one of the problems you mention:

I think that I might have an ileus again.
When I had ileus I was in hospital and there was no way they would have recommended I go home. When you had it before were you hospitalised? I just wouldn't have thought this would be something they'd have overlooked when you were at the hospital, but then I'm only going by my own experience so perhaps the severity can vary a lot from one case to the next.
