I would urge you to see an ophthalmologist pronto or goto the ER. My ophthalmologist said inflammation in the eye is no joke and could cause blindness quickly.
I don't mean to scare you but my dr gave me his cell and said he doesn't care if I call in the middle of the night over that because he deems it an emergency needing steroid eye drops and monitoring.

I have heard the same as nogutsnoglory. I was instructed to 1st go to the ER & then to call the ophthalmologist on the way due to the risks, especially with the sensation of pressure.

I agree with the others, seeing an opthamologist needs to be in your very near future. NOT an optometrist, but an actual doctor who treats the eyes.
