Everyday is the same thing. I wake up,and for the first twenty minutes to half hour I feel fairly normal but, then it starts. The nausea, cramping, dizziness, fatigue, bathroom trips, ect. Heck, sometimes I don't even get the twenty minutes.

I'm so tired of it ALL!!!:angry-banghead: I just wanna have ONE DAY!!.......just one. where I don't have to feel like I'm sick. I'm an artist. I paint, tattoo and some photography. I haven't done any of that in months. I just don't have the drive or the vest in me to be creative...at ALL!! All I feel like doin is layin in bed and curlin up in a ball. :frown:

I wish I could be my old self again.

Ack.

Well, the dizziness and fatigue can be easily fixed. It's almost always B12 and iron deficiency. Ask your doc to check if you have enough.

So sorry you're feeling so rubbish :( what treatment are you receiving at the moment? Perhaps trying something new could improve your symptoms and make you feel like your old self again :) sending hugs

kiny, it could also be a host of other things, i take mega supplements and still fatigue, it is more likely to be the joint issues in my case, but certainly have all checked by doc and supplements do help.

i'm so pleased that someone else feels like me, lol! i simply can't remember my old self. crohns and bones for too long,

but best wishes, Luna

Wow I was just going to post exactly what you did. After waking I can't last for more then 3 hours without needing a nap. It was better when I recvd my iron infusion and b 12 shots every 2 weeks. But even then I hadn't much drive I just didnt headaches and in the afternoons I would have enrgy all through the night. Now They reduced my b12 inj to 1 x a month and I am on the 3 work and I feel like the walking dead. Your not alone though but it still doesn't make it any easier. I went to a birthday party last night with a huge group of old friends and it was glarringly obvious to me how much I changed . I am not peppy, or quick witted and funny, I couldnt stay past 9pm and whats worse is I stood next to people I am good friends with and didnt know their names. It was horrible I feel like a rude idiot. My very good friend I am starring at thinking how can I not remember your name? This disease does suck, but it makes us stronger and it helps us appreciate the times when we feel good. Hope you have a good day today!

Oh my god i am so sorry for this and i can relate to you. it's awful feeling like you just can't get anything done because you're so tired you're just falling asleep where ever you are.

The only thing i can say to you is you're obviously dealing with it in every day life and therefore, even though you may have a moan about it, you're such a strong person for this. Have you tried taking iron tablets? the only thing i found though was that it caused me to have even more constipation.

I hope you start feeling better soon

Kirsty

Thanx everyone for ur kind words and advise. :)

@Kiny.....I do take a vitamin milk shake sometimes when I feel this but, it doesn't always work. I have an appointment with a GI on the 25th...I'll see if he can maybe give me a shot or something. I don't think I'm absorbing properly anymore.

@Hanna..I haven't been gettin any treatments yet. It's a long story but,I don't have insurance and that's put a pause on any proper treatments. I've been using over the counter meds and Holistic remedies. I finally got approved for financial help and have an appointment on the 25th. of this month. :) can't wait!!!

@mcos22.....it seems that whenever I take any vitamin in tablet form,I get plenty sick. Can't seem to digest them. I take a vitamin shake but, I would think the amount of iron in a shake is probably not as high a dose as a tablet. maybe I can put the tablet in the blender. you know? chuck it in the blender with the shake. I'll give it a shot. :)

hi luna13 you could try that but it would probably just make it into little hard powdery bits i would of thought which would make it worse. There is actually dissolvable iron you can buy isn't there? i know it is a litle bit more expensive than tablet form but i can imagine that may help a great deal more?

@mcos22........you know what...your right. :) I think I'll go shoppin tomorow and find the D3 in liquid form. Thanx again.
