Start Aza tomorrow, what do I have to look forward to?

So i'm starting on aza tomorrow 50 mg for a week and then up to 100mg after that. What sorta side effects should I be expecting? From what i've read nausea is the main one. Any suggestions on allievating that if it happens? I've booked 2 days off work just incase hopefully it won't be too bad!
I think a lot of people take Zofran(prescription) to help alleviate the nausea. The doctors should have routine bloodwork scheduled to make sure that the Aza isn't affecting your liver.
