Steel cut oatmeal

Haven't been keeping my journal recently but steel cut oatmeal may be causing some problem whereas regular Quaker oats does not. Does anyone eat steel cut oatmeal without problems?

if it isn't cooked well enough pretty much anything could cause problems. cooking things makes it easier to digest.

Rolled oats and not quick/instant oats to me are best but I have not tried steel cut yet.

I can only eat the dissolvable ones, no standard "real" oats at all (too hard to digest), so I eat the fake ones that are pressed as oats from oat flour. ;-) Seems to work that way.
