Stomach feels hot

So, I have been recently diagnosed with Crohn's in the stomach and for two days now, my stomach has been feeling really hot (from the inside) and I feel that lots of gas is trapped in it.

Does anyone get this, too? I'm very anxious about it.

I haven't heard of it but I would consider calling your doctor.
I did call him today, and he said it's because of the ulcers and I should increase my dose of antacids and not have my stomach empty. The thing is I can barely tolerate anything, so not having my stomach empty is really hard.

Does it feel hot when you touch the skin on the outside? That can be a sign of infection of some sort.
It is kinda hot from the outside, but not as hot as I feel from the inside. It is the ulcers that's causing this heat. :/
