Stomach pain a week after first dose

Two weeks ago I started my first dose of Remicade. I felt pretty great the week after it! I hit the second week and have been experiencing stomach problems. I thought maybe I ate something that did not agree with me, but now I'm wondering if possibly my body could just be needing another dose of medicine. Does this sound like a possibility? Anyone else experience anything like this? I'm also tapering Prednisone.
