Stool test result.

I have symptoms of diarrhea and nausea since 2.5 years. All triggered after taking lot of heavy antibiotics(augmentine, docxy, a course of malaria these for two months and antibiotic shots for three days thrice in a day). Slowy symptoms are becoming strong. I have had stool test -
Mucus - present
Rbc and occult blood - absent
Bacilli - present +
Fat globules - present ++
Ph - acidic
Fibers - present
Blood - absent
Pus cells - 2-4 /hpf
I am having lot of bloating, loss of appetite, nausea after taking food, edema in legs, white foam in stools. My kidneys are Normal got clearance from kidney specialist.
Had usg of abdomen that showed 1 grade fatty liver (no viral hepatits already tested) and lot of gas. I feel sometimes little pressure on extreme upper right side of abdomen.
Also I am so tired of these symptoms. Everything is effected by these. Not able to work properly, no social life. I am only 26. If anyone one of experience can share any idea about what I might have or how do I deal with these would be a great help. Thanks in advance.

Update after gastro visit. He said nothing wrong with reports. All are Normal. Whereas I read on internet that its not fine.
Should I see a new doc? I can't stop thinking about this, it is taking away all my energy.

IBS maybe? Do you have pain that is relieved by a bowel movement?

Was the doc able to visualize the terminal ileum during the colonoscopy? In any case an MRE or capsule camera endoscopy might be in order to get a look at the small bowel to see if anything is going on there.

No colonoscopy yet. Has asked me get tested for cortisol and calcium for edema. When i get that report he will suggest further test. But I don't understand how are these related.
No pains yet. I go for stool only once. Rarely two times, it happens when I eat too much or eat spicy.

The results seem to indicate you've had some sort of infection (mucus and pus cells), but aren't specific about what type of infection or whether you are now better. Another stool test might tell you whether the infection has resolved or not.
