Stool Tests - New Developments

My most recent stool test showed positive for salmonella, shingella, Campy and also showed something that says "miscellaneous ARUP". My past stool tests have never showed any of this. Do you think it means it was missed before or that it is something new I have developed? My symptoms haven't really changed. Anyone have any experience on this?

I am not sure how common it is for those tests to be false. How long in between tests?
Are you doctors treating you for all of them now?
