Surgery Complicated

I am scheduled to have Crohn's Surgery to remove multiple fistulas next week. Its going to be majorly complicated with 2 to 3 surgeons and possibly a temporary ostomy for 6 weeks due to possible tissue damage from my long bout on prednisone. Anybody have any input or advice? I am getting really nervous. :eek:
