Unflavoured elemental formulas and flavourings

For those of you who are having or have had unflavoured feeds or supplements do you use the flavour sachets / modjuls like the ones you can mix with elemental 028 or do you use your own flavours? And what flavours have you found best (both for the ones they give you and your own)?

I flavour some of my E028Extra will vanilla essence and also some milk shake flavours. I don't use ones with sweeteners in. I also have to dilute mine tonnes with water otherwise I get a thwacking headache.
