Vasculitis and marks

Hello!

I had vasculitis a couple months ago and they let marks. My dermatologist said it will disappear with time but it has been 3 months and the marks never changed and continuous the same. I have pale skin and these marks stand out on my legs. I dont know how to describe but they are like brownish and some look like bruise.

Does anyone know what can I do for the marks disappear?
