Very slight discomfort in strange location

I have slight discomfort in a place I cannot quite describe. The pain level is about 1.5 but I am not sure if I should be worried or not. The pain is kind of on the other side of my sphincter. It's sort of on the inside of my large bowel where it meets the exit I guess. As it is in a strange location it is a bit hard to explain. I do not have any D or any blood in my stools at all. I would say that maybe I am experiencing more solid and harder to pass motions. Overall I feel quite good and am doing sports 3 times a week.
Should I be worried, I have never experienced this in the 35 years of having Crohn's?
