That's a great question. I'm curious how many here get vitamin D injections as well. As vitamin D is a fat soluble vitamin and many here have issues with fat malabsorption, it may be a good solution if oral forms of supplementation are not proving beneficial. As the
University of Maryland Medical Center states, vitamin D injections are available by prescription.
As for how many get their levels tested, MANY here do but nowhere near enough. In my opinion, there isn't a person on this forum who shouldn't have their levels tested. Vitamin D deficiency is at epidemic levels.
