Vomiting no D

Ive been having symptoms of severe stomach pain, nausea and vomiting, for over 6 years. I cant even drink water it comes back up. Ive never had multiple bouts of D or any blood, only vomiting. Ive had multiple CT scans and scopes which showed inflammation and ulcers, with pathology coming back as acute inflammation and signs of an infection. They still diagnosed me with Chrons then UC. The Only thing works is zosyn and steriods, with multiple nights in the hospital. Anyone know if vomiting with no D is really Chrons or UC? I have seen multiple GIs, giving various diagnosis and opinions, as well as various other specialists.

It could be crohns even if you dont have D yes. For example if your inflammation is in the ileum instead of the colon
