What if Remicade is Not Necessary?

If we start feeling well how do we know if we still need remicade transfusions?

Would a sediment test work? How does Dr. determine if we need more if we are feeling fine.

I am on prednisone, imuran and will take remicade so it is hard to know which drug is helping. Between flares I typically feel no pain.
