Which ER to go to in south Florida for IBD for flare ups

My son is having a flare up, and i don't know which emergency hospital department to talk I'm to.
(any suggestions will be greatly appreciated)
In the Miami Florida or Miramar Florida area

You should contact your GI provider and/or GP and find out where they have practicing privileges so you don't end up with a 'stranger' for a doctor....
