I have a rash on my face (sometimes itches or hurts/burns) that started about two weeks ago and my GI and I are hoping that it and my other symptom (blood in urine) are caused by the Pentasa and not the Allopurinol that I need to help me tolerate the 6MP (hard to tell because they can both cause these symptoms and I started them within a month or each other). I stopped Pentasa today so I'll keep you guys posted and let you know if the rash and blood in my urine go away. Seems to never end to find meds to get me back into remission (I'm sure you all can relate to that).
The rash doesn't get worse in the sun and I've been using a Cortisone cream to help with the itching and pain. There are some little bumps but overall it's mainly red. This isn't the best picture so it's a little more red than that and my ears itch and feel warm too.
