Ive been wanting to start this or a while because there is some confusion about my screen name that I wanted to settle.

Fog Ducker= If you reverse the first letters its a slang around here for being a slacker at work and not doing anything.
Eg. "How was work today?" "It was alright didnt do a lot, pretty much f'd the dog all day!"
Can also be said as "poking the pootch" "making puppies" etc.

What do all your names mean?

*thank God* you cleared that up!!! There has been much controversy over your screen name (at least in my own brain LOL!).

Well...Ris gave me my screenname. It used to be my real name, but I changed it to Peaches. She said it was because I am sweet and southern - like a peach. Obviously this was before she really got to know me ;)
 
I was PEN before (no secret) but when I came back I changed it to Jettalady because I have my second Jetta since 06 and I love my Jetta!!!!

Nope, never heard that "down" here. It means something very literal which was why I was kinda scratchin' my head ;)

I have a number of nicknames.... fartypants, big nose, baldy, and Lishyloo... for some reason I like Lishyloo the best!

Lishyloo is just a play on my surname, an old director at a previous job always used to sidle up to my desk and oozing charm and try and get me to do projects for him... he always called me Lishyloo (I'm hoping it was meant affectionately), and before I knew it the whole company called me Lishyloo... it just stuck.
 
Edwardian confectionery : Rose & Violet Creams. Rose or violet flavoured fondant dipped in dark chocolate. Delicious! My favourite.
 
My name is a toughy, Jeff is for Jeffrey but I'll kill anyone who calls me that.lol
D is for my last name.
 
I am Jerman because my first name is Jerry and I am a modern day superhero. I can clear a full room with a single fart! I can randomly repulse you by plucking ear and nose hairs as I have been informed they secretly contain miniscule terrorist sects.

I can have a bickering session with my wife and be cut off from rubbing nubbies for weeks at a time. King of my castle! Commander in chief of the ass groove on my couch!

Mike you have the same birthday as mine, mind you the year is a wee bit different :p.

Crazycanuck- a ways back at the Winter Olympics the Canadian ski team became known as the crazy canucks. That name is mentioned a fair bit up here and I like it. I am a Canuck, or Canadian, and the Canucks hockey team is also my favorite team so its the username I usually use.
 
Um, well it just sorta fits. I also collect Farm Country items for my son, but most people have called me Farm for so long now, hearing my real name is kinda weird.
 
At work yeah, but not the people who work for me, just colleges and above; and my son calls me Farm sometimes. I call him Cowhorn.
 
Pirate-
Well about 7 yrs ago I told my best buddy in the world that if he got his ear peirced than I would. Forgot his wife had the kit. So I got my ear done. Fast forward about 6 months to a pig roast at my baby brother's house. He and his niece's husband said that only 2 types of "men" get thier ears pierced and they really hoped I had a boat. Thank goodness I had a canoe. I've been a Pirate ever since.
 
My screen name is trying to be funny.

Since crohn's affects our guts I figure you gotta have guts to have and to fight crohn's lol.

dayng-b/c I have a bad habit of saying DANG, but when I was trying to create my email address the "correct" spelling was taken, so I added the "Y". The 1016 is my wedding anniversary.
 
My husband and I have a bad habit saying it alot. Between me and him it's more of a joke now, especially since he made it a point to make me aware of how much I use that word.
 
My December is a Linkin Park song that I'm completely in love with. :) It's symbolic for some crazy stuff from my past, and it's just an awesome song. Soooo... when I couldn't think of anything else, it's what I chose. lol
 
I use one of my middle names online because it is obscure and I like it. My friends used to call me by my middle name because there were a lot of us with the same first name.
 
Well ... My name is Cristin, most call me Cris. And I'm a miss. haha I just didn't have any imagination when I signed up and I didn't want to just be Cristin or something like that, so I went with Misscris.
 
Very long story......When i was in high school, i was so incredibly cool that my friends and i decided to create our own religion.....LOL. Anyways, i LOVE fleecy, silky, soft fabrics, so i was "the goddess of all things soft/strokable". i shortened it at one point to Strokable Goddess, which i then decided seemed slightly seductive. So, somehow i found Tamesis, who is the Goddess of Water. :)
 
Mine is boring, it's short for poohbear4ever, I just got lazy writing out my screen name everytime I logged in somewhere so I shortened it to pb4, some people think I took it from the mineral/alloy science chart as pb4 = lead, but I didn't.

Mine is pretty easy and describes my personality. My favorite time of day and my favorite of the 5 elements. Although like one poster pointed out, it could describe my butt at night!
 
Agent X20 (that's X-two-zero, not X-twenty) was the land based secret agent who worked for the mighty Titan in the Gerry Anderson puppet series "Stingray" in the 1960s... but I expect you all knew that.

He was modeled on Peter Lorre, I think, who was one of my favourite actors... because he was a bit creepy and kept saying things like: "shall I kill him now, master"

krahsdnal is land shark in reverse. I am huge Jimmy Buffett fan and screenname landshark is usually taken. Is there anything better than a hammock, palm trees, and frosty beverages?
 
Swirl describes my perosnality. I have it tattoo on me too:) When I'm myself, I'm a pretty swirl person to be around:) When I'm not, I'm hopeless...

Relish is a random term I use in screen names to confuse people.

Crabby is strictly for this forum because I'm still crabby about having crohns even though I've had it for 18 years. :p
 
I was just thinking that I need to get me a wedding dress so that I could dress in drag and go see Shaz so we could run off and get married and live happily ever after on my pirate ship. We could stand in the same spot that Pam did on the roop deck when she got married.
Shaz let's invite Jack Sparrow so we can stick out our tongues and say "Look what your missing out on."
 
Mine is just my first name, and 4Q stands for The Four Quarters, the name of the quartet I sing in. It's my little taste of fame :)

Hey all, missed a lot on here the past week. We were in Indiana visiting relatives and dropping by Chicago occasionally. Bowels picked the drive back home to act up so I'm still kinda sore in there now.

My name is Dan Davis and the SJV stands for Strait-Jacket Visionary. I've had that nickname/handle/screen name for quite a while.
 
Well mine is pretty obvious most of my friends and work buddies call me Tan but my family call me Tanya. I also go by Tanjella as one of my close friends likes to call me!

Maybe I should have used Tanjella as my username as its a bit different but at the time I was soooo sick all I could remember for a nickname was Tan!
 
My last name is Musa, and for some reason in high school my friends just started calling me 'The Muse' and it stuck. For awhile many people didn't even know my real name.

That phrase doesn't exist around here, so I'm glad you cleared it up. I thought you had issues. :)

The idea is to avoid taking punches to the head, but.....
And I donno why its fun, but I love it. Same as flying round the race track at 200+km/h on the motorcyle.
I think I just like to find ways to shorten my life!! :p

Oh Twin, would you believe I've been known to work the motorcycle races (Rash crew... it's the most fun job :) ) and was planning on trying out racing school when I have the cash for it?

All I can say is DO IT!! Its the best thing ever, such a thrill!! But it has ruined street riding, I just wanna go fast!

Fog - my hubby just saw your name on one of my posts and went what the f is this guy for real!! Ha..ha.. I showed him your post on what your name means and he said thank god otherwise thats just wrong!! Ha..ha..
 
At college after a few too many drinks we got onto the subject of ghostbusters igon got changed to stegon (after mate steve) and then rygon was mine (after ryan) my name stuck (well was better than princess cos of all my piercings)
 
Well mine is easy, my first job is being a mommy so no matter how bad I feel, my kids are always number one.
