Dx: Crohn's Disease 5/2012
Current Medications: Humira, Prednisone, Imuran, Canasa
Ativan, Xanax for PTSD
Percocet for pain
First surgery: April 2011 (emergent, all but 6 inches of colon removed, as well as appendix removed and temporary ileostomy placed)
Second surgery: August 2011 (ileostomy reversal)
PTSD due to coma, as a result of aspirating and going into septic shock during my first surgery
Anxiety
Chronic kidney stones
