Born with a genetic condition called Turner's Syndrome. Diagnosed Jan 2017 at age 24 with Crohn's ileitis though there was also some inflammation in the colon and rectum as well. Was living with symptoms for 7-8 years prior. Started on Remicade and Imuran. Imuran stopped in Feb 2018. Remicade failed in April 2018 due to skin reaction. Started on Entyvio in June 2018 alongside cyclosporine for psoriasis. 3.5 cm stricture of TI found on colonoscopy in Dec 2018. Entyvio then upped to every 4 weeks. SBO from 4.2 cm of jejunal narrowing/stricture(?- docs still unclear whether chronic or 100% inflammatory) in May 2019 and new diagnosis of jejunoileitis given. Started Stelara Aug 2019. Hospitalized for re-current SBO in Feb 2020. CT scan showed inflammation and narrowing throughout the ileum and jejunum. Diagnosis of diffuse jejunoileitis confirmed.

Started on Remicade and Imuran Feb 2017. Imuran was stopped in Feb 2018 after reaching clinical remission. Developed skin reaction/psoriasis in April 2018 which failed to respond to steroids and fecal calprotectin number slowly increasing so Remicade was stopped. Started on Entyvio in June 2018 alongside cyclosporine for psoriasis. 3cm stricture of TI found in Dec 2018. Entyvio upped to every 4 weeks to try and improve FCP. SBO from jejunal narrowing/stricture(?- docs still unclear whether chronic or 100% inflammatory) in May 2019 and given new diagnosis of Crohn's jejunoileitis. Started Stelara Aug 2019. Hospitalized Feb 2020 for recurrent bowel obstruction. CT scan showed inflammation and narrowing in terminal and proximal ileum and inflammation in jejunum. Diagnosis of diffuse jejunoileitis confirmed. MRI May 2020 still showed stricturing in terminal ileum and proximal ileum. Surgical resection of strictured areas performed June 2020. Surgical and clinical remission confirmed September 2020. Awaiting scope and MRI to confirm endoscopic remission.
