It has been many days now since my flare up, and I have had no recurrences of any symptoms. I am convinced totally.

well that may be a trick. Seems as of right now, I'm in remission. I'll see how long it lasts. If it is reasonable, then the occasional trip to Colorado won't be too bad....hahaahaa. If it becomes a cronic problem then that advice will be considered...because at least for now, I am 100% convinced.

I am still in shock. Today, being about 6:15pm, I've had exactly 1 bm! YAY! No pressure, and SOLID stool, NO blood! I am just in shock and awe! From just a few puffs! Plus, it made me laugh a bit too! All and all, I'm convinced! I just can't hardly believe it, but well, there it is.....
