haha it seems like mine always makes noise when it gets quiet, I dont think it's because i'm hungry or have to go to the bathroom, I guess i just digest my food loudly? haha Mary good idea on the smaller meals thing i'll have to try that. I'm glad i'm not the only one who has this issue

Does anyone else suffer from their stomach/intestines making lots of noise when you really don't want it to! It is so embarrassing sometimes to be sitting in class and have my stomach making lots of noise. Does anyone have any suggestions or advice on things that can be down to tame it? Thank you!
